Huntington Beach DUI Checkpoint: February 21, 2009

According to the Orange County Register, Huntington Beach Police Department officials announced on Thursday that the Huntington Beach Police Department will be conducting a DUI Checkpoint on Saturday, February 21, 2009, from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.  Huntington Beach Police Department officials, the checkpoint will be located on Beach Boulevard, just south of Slater Avenue

Huntington Beach Police Department officials, starting at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, police will be making an extra effort to catch intoxicated drivers with money provided through a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Administration (NHTSA).
